Are you feeling smart? Now that you have the base-10 system down, you will have no problem figuring out the Maya base-20 system.
In the base-20 system, numbers are written in units of 1s, 20s, 400s, 8,000s, and so on. This system developed from the fact that humans have 10 fingers and 10 toes.
DIRECTIONS
Drag the correct symbol(s) in the left gold boxes into the white boxes to match the number in red. A text box appears when you have matched the correct symbols to the number in red. Drag new symbol to replace a value, or click symbol to remove.
Keyboard Instructions: Press the space bar to copy a number symbol and drop it into the white box. To remove a number symbol from the white box, press the Enter key.
